Streaming is changing everything.
Stumbling upon a movie late in the night on TV or getting hooked by a track live-broadcasted on heavy rotation via a radio station were the ways we discovered content only five years ago. This has changed dramatically. Turning on the big screen today offers a wide array of options to watch video either live or on demand. And music apps curate millions of songs and podcasts for us.
The shift is real.
Innovation in entertainment happens on two major frontiers: technology and content. The old fashioned broadcast world of the TV as single device at home is being replaced by IP based streaming across multiple screens. Consumers want to fill their evenings to relax or to create happenings for their families and friends watching the latest drama series, action movies, true crime documentaries or enjoying live sports together.

Over the last ten years I worked on more than 30 large scale projects with a focus on new product development for entertainment services. My experience spans across cloud platforms, multi screen clients, mobile apps, features, personalization, content, voice and advertising. Several acquisitions had to be integrated into the product ecosystem and aligned with the broader strategic roadmap at Vodafone.

For me innovation is the purpose of doing business. Being better, being different, being unique in what a company is doing is a necessary trait to launch completely new products or the next improved version of a service, a feature, a process, a proposition, a user interface, a content portfolio and so on. Products are a reflection of the people who brought them to market. Building, leading and developing teams and innovation projects are my passion along a deep expertise in incubation, design, development and technologies.
